What does it cost to use 11850 ?
Calls to 11850 cost €3.99 per call plus €3.99 per minute (minimum 60 second charge) from an Eir landline. If you are calling from another landline or mobile network, you may find that the charges will be different, and may cost more. This is because other networks can apply an additional handling charge to some elements of the call which will change what you pay. 11850 does not control how and when these surcharges are applied, nor do we profit from them.
