Susan Branchflower Appointed Chief Executive Officer of 11850 Directory Enquiries

11850 Directory Enquiries, Ireland’s independent directory enquiry service, has announced the appointment of Susan Branchflower as Chief Executive Officer of 11850.

Susan, who will be responsible for the strategic development of 11850, previously held the position of Head of Marketing at 3 Ireland, and also spent time as the Head of Customer Marketing at 3 UK.

Before this, Susan held the position of Head of Marketing of Video Networks Ltd, from 2000-2003, where she launched HomeChoice, the UK’s first interactive broadband TV service and managed the brand development. She has also held the positions of Retail Client General Manager at GE Capital Ltd from 1997-2000, Marketing Manager of Netcom Ltd from 1996-1997, Head of Marketing Development at BT Cellnet (now O2) from 1990-1995 and Group Product Manager for BT Mobile from 1986-1990.

Susan holds a BA (Hons) Business Studies degree with grade 2:1, marketing honours, from the University of Greenwich.
